Make plans to attend the 2024 Midwest Shrine Association summer event. Hosted by Zor Shriners in historic La Crosse, Wisconsin. The city is nestled below the steep bluffs overlooking the beautiful Mississippi River. One of the most scenic areas in America!
The dates of the Winter MSA session will be check-in late Thursday, February 29th, 2024 running thru noon Saturday, March 2nd, 2024.
The Radisson Hotel

The Radisson Hotel is the winter headquarters hotel and meal location. The general business session will be in the La Crosse Center South Ballroom which is connected to the Radisson Hotel by an enclosed walkway. An overflow hotel has been identified as the Home2 Suites which is less than a block from the
La Crosse Center.

Gary Cuskey and Lady Judy
Spooner, WI
Gary served Zor Shriners as Potentate in 2018 with his Lady Judy close by his side. His Masonic journey will reach the fifty (50) years longevity mark in June of 2023. Gary has served as Master of Spooner Lodge which has now merged with Keystone Lodge and is currently Chaplain. A member of Hayward Musky Shrine Club for nearly twenty (20) years and has served as President of the club for four (4) years. He rides a cycle in the historic Musky Cycle Patrol participating in parades throughout northern Wisconsin. He was selected to represent Zor Shriners in the Midwest Shrine Association where he is presently its first Vice President. He and his Lady Judy have worked in student transportation for nearly forty (40) years owning and operating Badger Buses in Spooner, WI. Gary continues to be active in Spooner’s city government since first becoming an Alderman in 1980. Currently, he serves the city as Mayor since 2008. Gary and Judy have two sons and one daughter and are blessed with nine grandchildren.
Joseph B. (Joe) Harker and Lady Mary
New Berlin, WI
Joe served as Grand Master of Masons in Wisconsin in 2010. He has been Zor’s Chief of Staff and housing chairman for Zor for many years. He has been a member of the famed Zor Shrine Camel Patrol since 1985 serving as Captain from 1991-1993. Joe was a project engineer working for Allen-Bradley and Rockwell Automation for over 40 years. In his retirement years, he has enjoyed working golf course maintenance on a local course. Joe and Mary have two daughters, a son-in-law, and three grandsons.
Monte Steiber and Lady Ann
Prairie Du Chien, WI
Monte served Zor Shriners as Potentate in 2015. He actively transports Shrine patients from Southwest Wisconsin to Shriners Childrens Twin Cities and Chicago. He is currently the secretary/treasurer for the Southwest Shrine Club, the La Crosse Shrine Club, and the Firehouse Jesters parade unit. He parades with the Firehouse Jesters as a clown riding his miniature fire truck. Monte retired from 3M Company after 40 years as an engineer. His favorite pastime is golfing, gardening, and traveling.
Todd A. Wohlert
La Crescent, MN
Todd joined Zor in 2008 and served as Zephyr editor and lead writer from 2010-2015. He served on the Zor Divan in 2016. Todd is the past president of both La Crosse and Vernon Shrine Clubs. He is past captain and parades with the Firehouse Jesters clown unit. Todd has worked on multiple fundraisers for Zor. He also directs and performs in the Zor's infamous Ritual Divan. Todd is also active in his Blue Lodge and Scottish Rite.
Roger Keller and Lady Tammy
New Richmond, WI
Roger was raised a Master Mason in April 2009 in Collins-Spring Valley Lodge #192, where he served as Master in 2016. He is a dual member of the North Star Lodge # 187 in Star Prairie, where he is currently serving as Master. Roger joined Zor Shrine in June 2012 and is an associate member of Osman Shrine as of March 2015. He is a member of the St. Croix Valley Shrine Club and served as President in 2018-19, he is also a member of the Indian Head Shrine Club. He enjoys driving go carts for the St. Croix Valley Roadrunners, is a founding member of Zor Yoshi, and he is the Chairman of the East-West Shrine Game Potentate’s dinner and UW River Falls homecoming parade.
Roger met Lady Tammy in 1993 while playing darts. After having lost touch for several years, they reconnected and started dating in 2012. They were married in 2018. Together they have 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
Tammy serves as the Chairman of the St. Croix Valley Women’s Auxiliary and assists Roger with the UWRF homecoming festivities.
Roger is self-employed, and Tammy works as a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant for an eye clinic in Woodbury.
